Layer 1 (formally Meta.com) was built as a perfect memory system. By using the accessablity settings it sees and hears everything that happens in a day, then compresses the information and stores it locally. Sadly, even with tips and tricks it was hard to build traction around it UX. So I joined to help design a new interface based on ChatGPT to complete change how people find their data. After lots of meditating on the problem it became clear. Chat was not enough, questions need answers but they also need evidence and artifacts to turly solve the pain point that users feel when trying to understand them selves. Check out the videos below to get a better sense of what I mean.
